AEBC had full outage and is now coming back online... Shaw had a concurrent fiber issue that caused this issue but seems to now be resolved,,,

Our internet's been down since noon-ish, but after some experimentation, I've noticed that using VPN somehow lets us access the internet (I connected to Mexico. Not sure if it matters which country, since I didn't test this). Still very frustrating. Haven't attempted to call or email AEBC (after reading the comments here). I'm in New Westminster, BC

Internet has been down for an hour and the aebc rep hung up the phone three times when I called to report about it!! I'm going to switch provider! AEBC had been decent until this happens! No customer service at all! I'm V5H 4E4 in Burnaby BC

Our internet has usually been reliable with AEBC but the past 48 hours it has been down for an hour at a time at least 6 times. EXTREMELY frustrating because I work from home. I hope that this isn't the new norm or I will have to switch providers. I don't know what to do, I have turned the router on and off and disconnected and reconnected my devices but it continues to fail. Hope this can be corrected.
