TV is skipping all the time between 6 and 10 PM in Brossard. Watching stuff on Crave, Disney+, Youtube and everything works without any issue. Altimatel TV service is cheap for a reason, it is meant to be listened to outside of regular watching hours.

TV is skipping again and it always happen between 6 and 10 PM while the underlying internet has no issue. Their TV infrastructure has a capacity issue that they just don't want to acknowledge.

TV is skipping all the time and it is not a connectivity as I stream multiple 4K streams from Youtube without any issue but the Altima TV 720p stream is skipping every 10s.

Mississauga L5W 1H9 Such a ‘mickey mouse’ organization. When i call in i have to wait forever to get any service. i have 3 boxes and only one is working. one tv box freezes all the time, the other doesn’t work because a message comes back saying i have too many devises??? i can’t wait to go back to rogers

What kind of service is this? Works at night but not during the day?! We already switched to Rogers and will never entertain such cheap services ever again.. lesson learned.

L5B here. Can someone FROM ALTIMA have the decency to inform customers with some short details of what's going on with outrage, why is this on/off? Anyone from the goverment to step in and have this company respond and not hide? Many of us work from home and it has affected our efficiency to work and earn so we can feed our families. This is absurd, since Monday and on/off.

In Ottawa and bad internet this weekend. No internet today, going on for almost 24 hours. I have to work so I went to Tim's and used their internet. It costs me $15 in food to stay there. I'm demanding $15 off each day!

Next bill I pay to Altima will be the last. This is worst service I've seen since internet began. May as well go back to dial-up with these guys. We're done with them.

M6R Toronto 100mbps down to 2 for almost 3 days. I did receive texts that it was down, then fixed, now down again. C'mon, Altima.

Mississauga L5B has been down since Monday. We left Rogers looking better and faster service but... Can't believe it's taking so long to bring back internet service. Wife and I work from home and this has affected us big. On top their technical support service must be short handed as response time takes about 2hrs and they have no idea as why nor how long it'll take to get service recover.
