This was on their FB page... " Hi everyone, Apsis is currently experiencing an outage at our data center. Our technicians suspect there is a damaged fibre line, they are almost on-site to repair and restore service as soon as possible. We thank you very much for your patience while we hurry to have services restored. We will update you as soon as we have more information."

Internet is terrible in st Catharine’s L2P 3P5 usually have up to 120 mbps and I would lucky to get 3mbps

Speed is bad in the Port Colborne Area. normally get about 40mbps and only getting about 1mpbs tonight.
