This company is getting more and more lousy. Sept 4 and 5 2024, the emails don't go out or come in. When you try to access your "personal space" on their website, that doesn't work either. I guess its time to find a new ISP. Too bad, they were soooo good for 20 years!

B2B2C is being taken over by EBOX which was bought by Bell. Ebox says they cannot do anything to help. Must contact B2B2C ???? But it is now part of ebox.

Internet was briefly restored in Longueuil J4K early this morning, 25 july 2024 but quickly went down again around 0800HRS. Found out that B2B2C has a Facebook page where they sometimes post information. Yesterday's post said it was a server problem. Yeah... I can't believe that a serious telecom company does not have REDUNDANCY built-in for such contingencies. Come on man, RAID arrays and changeover switches have existed for decades and they don't cost a fortune. Maybe there's something else going on with this company?

Still no internet at 2100hrs wednesday 24 july 2024. Even their phone is not working. They should at least install a POTS line (regular analog Bell Canada landline) with voicemail so that customers could be informed of the problem and estimated service restoration. Deux fois en moins de 30 jours, pannes majeures qui durent des heures. Meme pas capable de les rejoindre sur leur telephone! Ils devraient au moins installer une bonne vieille ligne telephonique analogique Bell avec une messagerie vocale pour aviser leurs clients et donner une date re retour du service. Avec eux depuis 20 ans, jamais eu autant de problemes; sont-ils en faillite?
