Scarborough put some 4:30 am and still out. This is not cannet fault but Roger's. Rogers need to work with Bell to give customers atleast wifi

CanNet should give it's customers a cheaper bill. I work remote and cannot take my work to a library or coffee shop. It is a huge inconvenience to myself and others to not have Internet for such an extended amount of time. Last week I lost Internet (I think Tuesday) for 30 minutes. This is getting ridiculous. I feel guilty not working right now and I don't believe many of my staff use this provider so it's that awkward, 'only person not working when you're expected to be working.' I don't have a big data plan on my phone, so my phone bill may bump up depending on how long this lasts.

In Kitchener, the internet has been unreliable since this morning. Tried different DNS like CloudFlare and Google with no success. Noticed the outage banners are the same between https://www.cannettel.com/ and https://www.ciktel.com/. They are probably the same backbone.

Nowadays, an internet connection is a basic necessity to most people. Canada has the most expensive internet service fees in the world but why do we have to stand this kind of service? Can our government / MPs do something?

The Internet has been out since this morning. As someone who works remotely, it has disrupted a whole day of work, as I had no Internet and I have to write off the day. I had to take a personal day off, not by choice but am still waiting on any verdict. 7AM to now 3:20PM and there's still no Internet. Is there any update? Can we expect a fix within the day?
