In Midland ON Internet has been down since 8am and I tried calling over 50 times only to get a busy signal! Been with CIK for almost 8 years and constant problems even though they are cheaper I think its time to switch! There are people that DEPEND on thier service and definitely DONT CARE!

Markham L6C 1 How is the company allowed to operate. They are the absolute garbage company I've ever come across. For days now I've been having issues. I work from home and I'm not able to with this service. I'm leaving once I can get ahold of their non existing customer worstsists

Mississauga L5Ŕ1Y2 Had a superbowl party scheduled and guests showed up . NO FRIGGING INTERNET. We had have everyone move to my brother in law house Food, drinks. CIKTEL THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR all use users. How are you compensating us ?

M2N1L8 I've had nothing but problems with my internet for 3 weeks now. And wastewater with tech because it goes down 3 to 5 times a day. Im on phone with the tech and hear forks and plates he must be at restaurant?! And giving me attitude....I'm a customer of 8 years and paying expenses for a terrible service. Disabled and low income
