This company masquerades itself as a viable alternative to other big internet service providers.They fail on every level. As with the others, when something is amiss such as an interruption in service, doctor one, like the rest blames the customers device as the problem and when you contact their tech department they lie and say "no problems with the network" I was with them for a month and even that was too long.Had several network issues and two were in the span of only a week.Even when I was with the "big three telecoms" I was with them for at least a year before problems arose and I chose to look elsewhere for service.Even for free I would not use Doctor one as it is clearly unreliable.They also do not offer any type of credits and I must say this is a major stumbling block for them as even "others" will gladly offer something especially if you are a new customer as they are smart and know that the "cost" of acquiring new customers is expensive and that the longer they can keep "loyal" customers the more profitable it is for them and also it promotes their business through word of mouth.Dotto one, after one month of service I'm done with you and if you think I would ever return, thin again.Its also noteworthy to note that upon leaving the company I had to "remind" them of their service guarantee (I only found out about it after noticing an advertisement). Would never recommend them.
