Mine has also been down since.sept 1 in exeter on .. no answer at all .. no eta on time to be restored .. its bullshit tired of it

In the past year eastlink has went south. If you call all they do is read what's on the outage page. They won't give you any answers. This has happened a lot of times. Mine been out on Exeter Ontario n0m1s6 since Friday.September 1 2023. Time to get a new ISP as I am tired of eastlink and all there downtimes with not one answer.

Typical Eastlink... Internet down for 5 hours and TV still down since Friday Aug 18th in Ladner/Delta V4K 2Y6. An hour on hold and nobody answered! Up the bill, take away 30+ channels, frequent lengthy service interruptions, and the pigs at the trough still bill us for services not provided.

All services quit yesterday, phone and internet back up today. Still no TV cable service. Website says they don't know of any problems, even though people keep saying it is down. Delta cable used to be a reliable service, then Eastlink took over!

Got internet back after a few hours, but our TV service is GONE‼️ Gave up being on hold….sounds like thats useless anyway???? This company is tanking….

Cable down since 4 pm yesterday. On hold 45 min tech said someone will look at it Sept 11/23. This happens regularly. 23 days until technician comes. What a joke of a company

Today internet down for 5 hours and TV still down 9 hours later. An hour on hold and nobody answers! Up the bill, take away channels, and now service, and we still pay the pigs at the trough!

V4C3K8,North Delta. Cable and internet down since just before 4 pm. Was on hold for over an hour and a half,got cut off by the technician. No idea what the problem is,or when it will be fixed. :(
