It is extremely difficult to determine if there's an outage or get updates for your service. I called your # last night and this morning and no information of an outage. I checked your recommended website, no information. And I'm speaking to 'you' as if you're a person. Problem there. Why aren't your customers being advised that there is an issue? Also posted on KOS FB page.

Internet is down again!!!! So maddening, I wish KOS would fix their problems. This is the 4 time internet down in the past week and it's all on their end. Get it together KOS, it's the holidays and I can't even use my internet services because it's so spotty and is never consistent. Please fix your problems!!!!!
