Down for 2 days. Only message is in French, says 'temporary outage". This company should never have been given a license by CRTC, they are a disgrace.

No Email Aug 11-13/2024 ongoing We would like to advise you that our email service is currently experiencing difficulties. Our network engineers are working to resolve the issue; however currently there is no estimated time for a resolution.

Primus Internet down all day yesterday and almost 2am in Surrey BC and still no internet..on phone primus hrs ago and they couldn't fix from there end but said many in my area down and they r working on it..we did have power outage last night and came back on in am but no.internet ..

Internet is down since early morning. Calls to Customer service & also technical service gets dropped instantaneously. You could provide a voice message stating that there are outages. But no. You do not care for your customers! The webpage is not at all helpful. -- Woodbridge, ON L4H 0Z6
