At least once a month I loose my internet I tried everything they told me last time and still nothing why don't you have 24 hrs help to reconnect the internet should be someone there 24 hrs you loose internet and have to wait till 8 in the morning to reach someone that is not good service concerned customer

My internet says "Connected, no internet". Have tried re-booting everything and forgetting the network. Same message.
