Strathmore A.B T1P-1K1 Strathmore A.B, is down, and it’s the 4th time today! This is always happening! WHY?? My wife is handicapped, and bedridden. She’s not good with the computer, and can’t do much. She relies very much on Wi-Fi especially now. Since the “switch” if Wi-Fi goes down, she can’t even watch TV! So she’s stuck staring at the ceiling since she cannot get out of bed to put a movie in the DVD player.

Sometimes it goes out several times. Four minutes at a time. Other times like today. It’s gone out from an hour to over two hours. So please tell me what are you gonna do to rectify this problem. Since she can’t even watch simple TV when the Wi-Fi goes down and she can’t watch Netflix or Disney? Please!, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM WHICH IS YOUR PROBLEM TO FIX?
