Located near the Chelsea area. Been trying to contact you for 2 days(during after your support), with no answers and no returned phone calls, but they don’t mind changing their voicemail. Outage mentioned in their voicemail that restoration would be Sunday morning. Here it is 9pm, and still will not answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tnc your website and customer service is deplolable.your people won't answer the phone.not even on a buisness day! I will be knocking on your office door today.if i find no one there i will know why the phone doesn't get answered and look for a new provider.you don't get a zip code because i live in canada not the states.i don't live in a city either.i live in the country ouside of a little town called new glasgow.you may have heard of it.your web page is of no help.i'm not paying 2$ for you to tell me your service sucks.

Have router wifi signal but no internet... did all the proverbial reboot tactics .... there was an electrical storm last night and just wondering if that affected the tower signal??
