V4B 2B5 White Rock BC Two weeks ago no problem.Now cannot get into program with same password. Cannot get help even with 30 minutes on phone to the help desk.Cannot get the code to by pass the password. Will not work even with my wife's computer. What gives??.

Having same issue as Melissa. I was able to do my taxes with no problems but the second one won’t save. Since I was able to do one, it can’t be my internet, vpn, etc etc. having tried reinstalling but nothing works. Please help!!!

I am trying to do my taxes and it won’t save pages. I’ve repeatedly tried and last night was doing the same. I’ve reentered information over and over but not saving it. A red banner appears at top saving uh oh information not saved
