N4N2R8, Hanover, Ontario, Canada Keep resetting and leaving off. 2 days spotty internet. Now it's gone completely?

My Worldline email has been down most of day. Earlier I rec'd 100's of messages that emails I sent couldn't go thru--I recognized none of the recipients. Then, not long after, my email was no longer working--looked ot me like they must be working on it (from previous experiences).
