Located in Montreal, I currently have the same issue with them : internet down since 3 days now, I am even not able to talk to a technician. Emailed them two times since, no response. In phone menu, tried the option to wait for them to call back, they never did.

Lasalle H8P Dsl internet down, company tech support isn't answering phone and their wesite has zero information on the issues. When finally reached, customer service said they were sorry.... FYI no service provider is perfect and we don't expect them to be. However, as a customer, I expect customer service and tech support to answer calls or return them. I also expect to get the real story of what is going on. If you have no idea.... say it, if it's on Bell's side say it, if 4 hours are required for troubleshooting say it... with people working from home, a reliable internet connection is important. Give customers an idea of how long the service will be down and at least then we can plan accordingly. Right now you are giving Bell Canada level customer support and that's not a compliment.

Plateau Mont-Royal H2T, still don't have internet. Altima service support confirmed that all cable internet is down and they are working on it. It would have been nice if they posted something to their social channels!
