Lourdes, NL Eastlink has been out in Newfoundland since last evening and thousands of customers are affected. VOCM ran a story this morning about it but there has been no update. Eastlink should contact the media in Newfoundland and give an update. But I guess that would be too customer-friendly of them. People need to keep track of the length of this outage and demand their bills be adjusted for the time they did not have service.
