K0k 2c0 Belleville all my accounts are unavailable. Good thing they are not the only bank I deal with. Shows how much I owe them but not what i have.

Ottawa K2B 8C1 Can't log into bank account, can't pay bills, can't buy anything because there is no access to my bank account. This is absolutely ridiculous, people need to be able to access their money. How is a bank, of all companies, not able to handle their maintenance better?? And with NO NOTICE at all! Completely unfair to customers. Unless it is a security breach that they won't let the public know about, which seems the most likely!

Can’t access my account online. Happened 3 weeks ago when my son came home from Victoria. Couldn’t take him out for a good meal or even buy a coffee. Now it’s acting up again. Scotiabank really sucks. I’m so sick of experiencing this and if you speak to someone, you get slugged off. Yet they make millions of hard working people like myself. TM Ottawa, ON

Campbell river v9w1w4 Nothings working cant get in to any account or credit card/line of credit lets me sign in then kicks me out instantly and tell me i have to change my password. So i try and ya does not let me do shit all......

This is unacceptable. Not that long ago I logged into the app and it said I had no accounts…norm I went into full on panic mode thinking thousands of dollars were gone. Now again, we can’t access our money. Time to switch banks. I can’t trust Scotiabank anymore .
