As of at least 9:30AM EST in my part of Toronto, service has been restored and has been stable for a couple of hours. My guess is that they're restoring service area by area. Good luck, everyone. Just gotta wait it out.

Outage map doesn't show a problem, even though many across Ontario and Quebec have unusable internet. Web images are very slow loading if they load at all. Let alone any video. This is a major outage which should be a huge dot on the map! 0.02 download speed! I'm on DSL in Mississauga L5B area.

Ottawa, cannot connect reliably with the internet- just keep getting error messages from games, asking if we have a valid connection, yet when checked, say you are all good, but still cannot load anything. Streaming just gets stuck on opening. Basic internet works intermittently, and very slowly.

2:30EST, I'm actually able to download a file now. Still slow, but I was actually able to complete it (35MB or so). 4.3Mbps down. Let's hope things keep improving.

It's gotta be a problem with Bell as well as Teksavvy uses Bell's lines to provide internet. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon

Our internet has been so unreliable recently. Comes on and off constantly, particularly in the evenings often saying, "connected, can't provide internet". We have do the unplug, plug back in, restart devices, forget and re-sign in....I can barely get through a couple shows before the internet cuts out. Sometimes it's just for a few minutes on and off all night, other times (like now) it goes on for more that an hour. Feeling frustrated. TekSavvy used to be so good! Ladysmith, Vancouver Island.
