Elliot Lake. This is not an eastlink problem or a small problem. Everyone I know who has vianet is getting this buffering / internet not working ever since the outage. Stop saying it’s east links fault on the phone when we call. Everyone using eastlink has fine internet that I know. Fix it or me and many others are going to stop paying for this. Start complaining or they won’t fix it. Or switch providers but doing nothing like I was is not going to help us.

P1A-4K5 North Bay, ON Out here again in the Bunting Street area. I’m so sick of this. Every time I need the internet it’s buffering, slow as hell and it almost never works. Even at work in Callander Bay where we rely on it for our office work it’s never working. This is horrible service. We will start looking for a new provider. You’re just not a good fit for us anymore.

I’ve lost internet 3x this week before today and now I’ve been out since shortly after 7am, and that’s only for this week.. not including the weeks before. I work from home and this is essential for my job. Called for a new provider today, I’m done with Vianet Levack Ontario

I think k I am going g to call around tomorrow and price co. Pare for anything better than this shitty service! Vianet used to be so good. Now they just want money.... Sad. ????it won't take 12 or more hours. My internet dropped close to 12:30am.
